Curtis Brown Creative is actively looking for new writers and you no longer have to spend money on printing and posting costs. You can send manuscripts directly through their website. You can also choose a preferred reader for your work. I’m not sure how effective this will be or if other literary agents will follow suit, but it’s definitely encouraging for aspiring writers if someliterary agents are willing to make themselves more accessible.
