Gordon Burn Prize 2021 Judge

I’m judging this year’s Gordon Burn Prize. Run by New Writing North in partnership with Faber & Faber and the Durham Book Festival, it celebrates forward thinking, bold writing in fiction and non fiction. Chair of judges is author Denise Mina who won the prize in 2017. The other judges are novelist and poet, Derek Owusu and journalist and editor, Sian Cain. Looking forward to reading some exciting work.
